OKDHS Live! will use the Enterprise Worker Association (EWA) database to determine the assignment method for benefit actions (renewals or applications) submitted via OKDHS Live!
OKDHS Live! will use the Enterprise Worker Association (EWA) database to determine:
- the zip codes associated with a specific Human Services Center (HSC),
- each HSC’s assignment method for specific action types, and
- the supervisors/workers associated with that action type/assignment method
Each HSC has at least one EWA administrator. The EWA administrator may complete all necessary functions to maintain assignment methods, and worker/supervisor assignments.
To request a new or additional EWA administrator for your county please open a Remedy Ticket with the Family Support Help Desk.
