3 Month Job Search Approval and Closure

Client applies for job search child care for her child on October 5th, 2021. The worker contacts the client by phone the same day. The client reports that she last worked on August 17th, 2021 and received her last check on August 30th, 2021. She says she is currently unemployed. The worker must approve child care with the weekly rate effective October 5th, 2021.
