Compassion – What is Compassion? Overview
We are comfortable with evaluating accountabilities, such as timeliness and accuracy. We are also familiar with the evaluation of behaviors, such as teamwork and problem-solving abilities.

What is Integrity? Overview
Integrity refers to a consistency in the way a person lives the values, principles and expectations of the organization in relationships with coworkers, customers, partners and stakeholders. Honesty, trust and fairness are central to integrity.

Safety – Overview
Safety, for the agency basically means we all have a responsibility to ensure that employees, customers and work places are free from harm or danger.
