The Office of Civil Rights (405-521-3529) monitors compliance with federal and state laws that prohibit discrimination involving clients, vendors, and employees. The office also responds to client, vendor and employee requests for reasonable accommodation in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990.

Reasonable and effective accommodations may take the form of supplies, equipment, software, work area adjustments, work schedule changes, assignments, leave and/or procedural modifications as set forth in OKDHS policy.
