The FSRP Transaction will replace SNAP benefits that have been destroyed.

Be sure to obtain the document number to be replaced. You will find the document number on the BN screen in IMS (7 digit number).

To access the FSRP Transaction:

1. In IMS, type FSRP
2. Press Enter

Enter the following information:

• Case Number = Enter case number
• Worker = Enter worker U number
• Supervisor = Re-enter worker U number
• Type Replacement = F
  • And EE/EP for State Office Use Only
• For Date = Month/Year
• Doc Type = F (Populated by the System)
• Form 08FB0012E Completed? = Enter Y or N
• Document Number to Be Replaced
  • You will find the document number on the BN 1 screen in IMS (7 digit number).
  • The issue date for the benefit being replaced must be equal to the current month/year unless issue day is after the 16th. If so, the issue date can be the immediate prior month.
• Amount to be issued
  • Enter a four-digit whole dollar amount followed by two digits for cents. Enter leading zeroes if necessary. Do not enter a decimal point.
    • $675.00 is entered as 0675 00
    • $1,000.35 is entered as 1000 35
• Date loss reported
  • Must be within 10 days of ‘Date Destroyed’
• Reason for Replacement
  • Reason will auto-populate.
• Date Destroyed
  • Must be within 10 days of ‘Date Reported’
• Amount Returned = Leave blank for replacement F

FSRP’s pay immediately so payment cannot be deleted once they post to BN.

Always check BN prior to issuing a FSRP (to make sure it hasn’t already been completed) and see format below before issuing benefits. When completing a FSRP and after hitting ‘enter’ once, there will be confirmation screen where you will need to double check the amount to be issued (check where the decimal is) before hitting enter for the second time, thus issuing benefits
