If client has been out of their home for 30 consecutive days or longer and is now receiving ICF care and is in OHCA’s online enrollment population s/he is income eligible.
If client is not in OHCA’s online enrollment population, eligibility will have to be determined through OHCA’s online enrollment process.
Effective October 1, 2013. Countable income is determined in accordance with the Modified Adjusted Gross Income (MAGI) methodology for individuals related to the children and parent and caretaker relative groups.
