There may be times when you may be “locked out” of Agency View due to duplicate session. The screen shown here notifies you that your previous section is currently open.
- Click on Exit to Close the Window.
- You may need to wait 15-20 minutes to re-enter Agency View.
The Agency View Identification page will appear when system is ready for you to re-log onto the page.
