Forms: How to Search Online Forms

The repository of official DHS forms is located at:

DHS FORMS

The SEARCH box is flexible enough to allow you to search by Current or Legacy form number as well as the Form Name.

Once you find the form you need, open it by clicking on the FORM NAME. Then click on “Open” and then “Open in Browser” to obtain the form.

Sometimes the form will need to be downloaded and saved to your computer by clicking the three dots and selecting download from the dropdown menu.

Save the document to your desktop, folder, or other location. Then the document can be opened by a PDF reader by Adobe or other applicable program.

SAVE the case options for saving the PDF onto the computer on the desktop or in folders.

If you have a form that you use on a regular basis, you can create a shortcut to it on your desktop by grabbing the icon in the URL and dropping it on your desktop. This can be a real time saver for those frequently used forms.

**make sure to frequently check to see if you are using the most current form.**
