TANF policy regarding Oklahoma Marijuana card
Adult parent or needy caretaker must show proof of an Oklahoma Marijuana card that was issued prior to the date of drug screening. It is the workers responsibility to check the current status of issued cards, and upload a copy of the card into Imaging.
The expiration date for the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana card is exactly 2 years from the date of issuance. Example if a card was issued on June 4, 2020, then it will expire on June 4, 2022. If the cards were issued after the drug screening or if the card was issued by another state, it is treated as a positive screening.
