Take the following steps if you are unable to copy / paste in IMS:
- Click “Edit” on the menu bar and select “Copy/Paste Settings”.
- This will open the Copy / Paste Settings window. Under the Paste options, check the “Restore starting cursor position after paste” box. This will enable the copy and paste commands.
