Employee Safety: Safety – Overview

Safety First!! That is a phrase that is familiar to most individuals, and everyday there are certain things we all do to ensure safety for ourselves and our families. Safety, for the agency basically means we all have a responsibility to ensure that employees, customers and work places are free from harm or danger.

  • We educate ourselves on and follow all office safety protocols. For instance, where are you supposed to meet during a fire drill?
  • We follow all information security protocols. For example, we never share our computer password, and never share the door code with clients or guests.
  • We ensure client safety. For example, we keep interview rooms free of clutter and make sure all exits from the building remain clear.
  • We report all safety concerns immediately. For instance, we report all accidents to our supervisor, no matter how minor.
