Child Care Subsidy: Benefit Reporting

Child Care Annual Reporters

In order to be a Child Care Annual Benefit Reporter, all of the following conditions must be met. Child Care Reporter Status is re-determined at each case action and may fluctuate during the certification period.

  • Financial Assistance (Section B) status is not I or U or M
  • Child Care (Section E) Status = O or U
  • Adult Day Services Indicator (E17) = N

If all of the above conditions are met at any time during certification period, the system will set the Child Care Reporter Status (E137) to A.
