TANF: How to Print a Flexible / Support Services Voucher

The following are instructions on how to issue a Flexible / Support Services Voucher:

  1. Click on Financial Services. It is located on the Support Divisions dropdown menu on the InfoNet page.Financial Applications menu with an arrow pointing at the financial services option.
  2. Click on Finance Applications Main Menu.Finance Applications - Finance Applications main menu.
  3. Enter your U-Number and Windows Password to log onto Finance Applications.
  4. Click on Automated Authorizations located under the Claims Processing heading.Automated Authorizations
  5. Choose either Flexible Funding or Supportive Services.Flexible Funding or Supportive Services buttons
  6. Enter County Number and Office Code.Screen with County Number and Office code filled in with appropriate information.
  7. Authorization Screen will appear, complete all requested information as applicable, then choose continue.Flex Fund authorization screen with all appropriate fields filled in with information.
    If case is not coded correctly or it hasn’t been certified overnight, you will get the following edit.

    This Case Number is not in the Authorization file. Review the case on PS2 to be sure it is setup correctly. Cases will be in Status: the authorization file the NEXT day after the set up is correct in PS2. If you need further assistance, contact Family Support at the State Office, 405-521-4420.   8. After selecting continue you will get the Review and Print screen, verify all information is correct and choose submit. The actual voucher screen will appear, choose print. You will get the voucher and a file copy. Sign the original in Red ink or voucher will not be paid. Image the copy to the case record.Flexible Funding Authorization Review screen.
  9. Worker must sign the voucher in Red and present to the client to take to the vendor. If the voucher is not signed in red it will not be paid.
