Reports: How to Retrieve Purged Notices

The following instructions are a guide to use when Retrieving Purged Notices in Content Manager on Demand (CMOD). Log into CMOD using your U number and windows password.

The report in CMOD is CF515NOT – ARCHIVED NOTICE REPORT – COPIES OF PURGED NOTICES

In IMS, use the NL transaction to find the date when the notice was purged. This date will be located on the far right of the screen.

The date showing next to RDS is the date you will enter in the search criteria. Click on Search.

Click on the square next to the report date.

When the reports opens, click the binocular icon that is located on the tool bar.

Type in the case number you are searching and click on Find All

Click on Continue All

You will observe the search scanning through all the pages. (In this example, there were 117,328 pages).
When the report is complete, if the notice is found, it will appear on the screen.
Click on the printer icon to print the notice.

If no notice is found, a message will appear stating “The string “Case Number entered” was not found in the document.
