Leadership: County Director Process – Rescinding of Resignations

Employee must provide in writing, the request to be rescind. The CD consults the Deputy Director to assure all parties are in agreement to allow the rescinding. The employee is notified in writing that the request was accepted. A copy of the administrator’s acceptance of the rescinding is sent to Finance/Payroll and HRM. Request must occur prior to separation date.

Policy: OKDHS 2-1-5.
