Send risk management a copy of the Training Attendance Record (11PE203E) for trainings and updated plans as any changes occur. Keep copies in your orange binder.
The actual training is going over the written safety plans with employees. The training should consist of the following:
- BBP – What is it, the designated people and their role in the plan, and where it is located for employees to access it.
- Hazcom – What is it, the designated people and their role in the plan, and where it is located for employees to access it.
- OEP – What it is, the designated people role and their role in the plan, and where it is located for employees to access it. (Also Going over Fire evacuation routes and Tornado evacuation routes)
The Field Manager ensures that panic buttons are operational in the offices and staff has been trained regarding use and location of panic buttons. The Field Manager ensures staff recognizes the difference between panic alarms vs fire alarms and the help that arrives.
