F17K is used for TANF Supported Permanency to issue additional money payments on case that either needs a past months benefit issued or for a supplemental money payment for a month.
You will only need to enter the information indicated below:
- CASE NUMBER
- – (Only C, H, J, or T cases can be used).
- FOR DATE (MMCCYY)
- – Date for which benefit is approved
- SUPPLEMENTAL OR RETROACTIVE AMOUNT
- – Amount of supplement or full payment for past months
- WORKER USER ID
- – (Enter your U number for both)
- SUPERVISOR USER ID
If case is successfully updated you will receive the following message. Once completed you will be taken to the BN screen and the information you entered should appear.
