OK Benefits: How to Navigate through “My Services”

Once a client has registered on the OK Benefits site, they will be able to login to enter the “My Services”, ‘My Benefits” pages.

The page will contain the following sections:

  • Home Page
  • Login Page
  • Authenticated Home Page
  • My Services Dashboard
  • AFS Dashboard
  • Case Number Card

From the Home Page, click ‘Login’.

Enter Username and Password.

If during the registration process the system was unable to complete the identification process, a message may appear to state that the account is still in the process of being verified.

The Authenticated page will appear, similar to what is shown here, and is basically a dashboard from which the client can select applications or to view their services.

The “My Services” page is another dashboard from which clients can view their benefits or apply for other programs.

The Adult and Family Services dashboard will display the cases that the indivudal is associated with. Click on the icon with three dots for additional information.

The Case Information page is an ongoing page; the client can use the scroll bar to navigate through it, and it will contain the following information:

  • Case Information
  • Benefit Information
  • Household Information
  • Companion Cases
