- All staff must provide their supervisor with all certificates from completed E-Trainings.
- Supervisors must ensure that a Training Attendance Record is completed for each training and kept in a folder for records.
- All annual staff trainings must have a Training Attendance Record; these are kept by the AA in a separate folder.
The AA will provide attendee codes for all annual staff trainings and ensure that all staff enter it with in the allowed 10 day timeframe.

DHS: 2-17-2(f) DHS supervisors shall receive an additional eight hours of training for a total of 20 hours of supervisory training each calendar year. 12 or more hours of supervisory training meets OPM’s requirement for annual supervisory training credit.
