The balances for both the Flex and Supportive Funds are available through the AS400 system using the following instructions.
note: If you do not have AS400 access, you can request access using an MID-1.
- Log into AS400
- Select Option 1 (Automated Authorizations)
- Select Option 2 (Flexible Funding, Supportive Services, & Diversion Menu)
- Option 61 (Display available funds which displays fund 320)
- Press Enter
- Tab to Flex or Supportive and enter “1” to select.
- A list of counties will be displayed showing amounts available and encumbered. Use page up/down to scroll to find a specific county.
