How to avoid common mistakes:

Pay attention to the amount entered.  The amount is a 4-digit whole dollar amount followed by 2 digits for cents.  Cents should always be 00.  Do not enter a decimal point. Enter leading zeros, if necessary.

Examples: $64 is entered as 006400; $100 is entered as 010000.

Confirmation Step:

Each transaction has a confirmation step to “review the screen” prior to hitting enter again to issue the benefits.  Please make sure to review the information for accuracy.

Case note the situation and the reason for completing one of these transactions.
