Addressing rights and responsibilities with a client is an integral part of each interview. This explains to the client their rights in the framework of each program and also to relay to them their responsibilities if certified for benefits, such as reporting guidelines and directions in providing verification. The Rights and Responsibilities video is viewed by the client in the interview. During telephone interviews the Rights and Responsibilities should be addressed with the client verbally. The Rights and Responsibilities FSS-1-B page must be signed and dated. OKDHSLIVE applications do not require a signed FSS-1-B paper form because an electronic signature is obtained.
