All adult TANF recipients are required to participate in a TANF Work activity with the following exemptions:
- EU – A single parent or the non-incapacitated parent of a two parent household with deprivation based on incapacity who has a child under the age of four months is not required to participate in TANF Work.
- DI – The Disabled Individual of a two parent household with deprivation based on incapacity is not required to participate in TANF work when both parents are included on the case.
- CD – A Caretaker of a Disabled Individual is not required to participate in TAND Work if the disabled individual is a family member living in the same home and does not attend school full time.
