When a new Work Experience Program (WEP) facility has been established the TW-15 Non Profit Training Agreement or the TW-15-A For-Profit Training Agreement is completed by the CDS or TANF worker. This is the agreement between DHS and the training facility. Ongoing facilities do not need a new contract. If the facility has not been used for a period of 6 months, a new TW-15 / TW-15-A form is needed.
The CDS/TANF worker updates the TW-2 participant agreement to reflect WEP as the assigned component. A TW-14 Non Profit Participation Agreement or TW-14-A For Profit Participation Agreement is signed by the CDS or TANF worker and the TANF participant.
