Subsidized Employment Program (SEP) – a subsidized employment program through which a TANF participant is hired in full-time employment with DHS reimbursing the employer for partial wages for up to four months. Public agencies, nonprofit private agencies, and private employers are eligible to participate. Policy regarding this term is located at:
