The CARDI screen in IMS is used to generate a query report of SNAP Remote Cards Printed.
Type CARDI in IMS to access screen.
FILTER SELECTION MODE
You can limit search results by updating selection filter by the following parameters. In this case, we will filter using a particular date and a county office.
- ST

- Leave Blank= All EBT card requests (To clear previous filter, always space out by pressing the “END” key when cursor is in the query field and Screen is in Filter Selection Mode) The program will then put the % ___ in the field to indicate no filtering on field.
- @C = All completed requests
- @A = All aborted requests
- @T = Timed Out – No AFS Worker confirmation that card was received
- @N = Card was mailed by Conduent
- @W = Working
- @P = Card was Printed
- @S = All scheduled
- MMDDYY

- Date: You can select a time frame, entering a beginning date (FR) to final date (TO.)
- Enter only the From Date (FR) to obtain all requests from that date to present.
- Leave Blank – ALL EBT Requests from Beginning
- Elapsed:

- The time it took to process the request in seconds. For instance to obtain a report of all requests that took longer than a minute, enter 60 seconds.
- Case:

- Enter case number to generate EBT requests for a particular case.
- Region:

- Limit inquiry to specific region.
- CCO:

- Limit inquiry to specific county office
- AFSRQS:

- Enter u-number of AFS Staff / Requestor.
- AFSATN:

- Enter u-number of Support Staff
- EPSWKR:

- Enter u-number of EPS Finance Staff
QUERY MODE
After filters have been selected, press the “ENTER” key. The CARDI screen is now in QUERY MODE.
You can view additional information for any specific request by tabbing down to that request, typing “cardi” beside it, then pressing “ENTER”.
You can only update filters when CARDI is in the Filter Selection Mode.
The Filter Selection Mode can be accessed by any of the following ways:
- Entering CARDI on blank screen in IMS
- Entering CARDI on “Next” line of CARDI screen
- Reaching the last page of data and pressing “ENTER”
- NOTE: If multiple pages of data, you can enter “=L” on the “Next” line and reach the last page. Press “ENTER” and you are in Filter Selection Mode to update filters if desired.
Previous Filters are always saved. To update, tab over to desired field, press “END” key to clear field so that you can enter new information or leave the filter blank for your next inquiry.
