The NHL screen displays a list of employees in SSN sequence. This information has been obtained from employers reporting new hires to OESC.
To view this screen:
- Login to IMS
- Clear the screen
- Type NHL (space) and the Social Security Number
- Press ‘Enter’
If the SSN is not entered, NHL displays beginning with the first SSN on file.
The following is examples of the type of information that can be found on the NHL screen:
- SSN – Social Security Number
- Federal Tax ID
- Oklahoma Account Number
- Employee Name
- Company Name
- Employee Location
- Company Location
