When a county staff member uses their bilingual capabilities to assist clients, they can be eligible to receive pay for this service.
The staff member, including specific dates, case names/numbers and will need to also document the number of hours they spend translating for 60 days. Once documentation is complete, form 11PE018E will need to be filled out and submitted to the Regional Office. Regional Office will submit it to the AFS Director of Operations for approval. Once approved, they will send it on to HR. If the hours spent translating changes a new assessment may be needed.
