The ECC Connect App allows parents and custodians of children in subsidized child care to check their children in and out of their child care center for time and attendance, without the use of an EBT card.

The following instructions can be used to assist an Android phone user that is having trouble opening the app:
Step 1 Launch the Settings app
Step 2 Tap apps
Step 3 Select Android System WebView
Step 4 Tap app details in store
Step 5 Tap update then restart the device
Repeat the same steps to update Chrome. Once they update, clear the cache of the app, uninstall, and then install and that should resolve the issue.
