The Low-Income Home Water Assistance Program (LIHWAP) open enrollment ended August 11, 2023. The funding for the temporary LIHWAP program expires 9/30/23. The LIHWAP program will NOT continue next year as the federal program was not approved or funded to extend beyond September 2023. We will not be adding any additional providers to the program.
