ACES: NewViewing ACES Report

The ACES report, as it is commonly known, automates the process of looking up pertinent benefit information on various IMS screens and checking the Data Exchange System. Performing a case scan will give you information about the case as a whole and about the individual case members. Starting with the case information as shown here in the example.

The date in which the report was generated is displayed along with the case number and name of payee. A list of all individuals on the case is shown with date of birth, sex, benefit status, and social security number.

The home phone number and mailing address is listed with a place to display finding address if entered in FACS.

The section status displays which benefit(s) the household is receiving.

The Address Cross Reference and Companion Case section displays other cases associated with that address or case.

Let’s look at Person information shown here in ACES.

Information listed for each individual, person number, name, date of birth, age, social security number, and benefit status. Wage information is also listed on OWL screen.

Information regarding each individual on the case is displayed. Person number, name, date of birth, age, SSN, SSN verified, client number, and gender.

BENDEX (RSDI), SDX (SSI), SNH and NNH (new hire information displays information received from Data Exchange.

OWL (Oklahoma Wage Link) provides information related to employment and wages received during the quarter.

ABWI is related to ABAWD information and countable months.

The ACES report has information related to child support. Family Group Number (FGN) is shown and displays which parent is paying the child support and which one is receiving amount.

The CFRRPA shows payments made with absent, non-custodial parent.

The KI1 shows payments received by the custodial parent.

ACES screen child support information for both the non-custodial parent paying amount and custodial parent and amount received.
