Expedited processing – certifying an application more quickly because the applicant meets certain criteria. Expedited processing is used in the SNAP program. When a SNAP household is eligible for expedited processing, the worker must certify an eligible household within 7 calendar days of the application date. Policy regarding this term is located at:
