AFS Policy: Qualified Disabled and Working Individual (QDWI)

Qualified Disabled and Working Individual (QDWI) – means individuals who have lost their Title II Social Security benefits due to excess earnings, but have been allowed to retain Medicare coverage.  Policy regarding this term is located at:
