Use the following steps to access MMIS Extranet from the InfoNet
- From the “Our InfoNet Home” page; hover the cursor over the Service Divisions dropdown menu.
- Click on the Adult and Family Services option.
- Scroll down to Eligibility Determination / Maintenance and click on the MMIS/OHCA option. You may need to click the side arrows to scroll through the choices to get to MMIS.
- This will open the MMIS Extranet Page
