The following are instructions regarding the TPQYC procedure in IMS in order to request information from Social Security Administration.
- Type tpqyc in IMS and press enter to access TPQYC screen:
- ENTER CASE NUMBER – enter the case number
- AND SSN – enter the complete social security number of the individual you are requesting information for from SSA.
- IS THIS THE CORRECT PERSON? – review all information that was generated on the screen for accuracy. If it is correct, enter Y.
- TITLE II INFORMATION (OASDI/SSA) – enter any character to request information regarding OASDI /SSA.
Note: OASDI in FACS is displayed as RSDI in the INCOME TAB.
- TITLE XVI INFORMATION (SSI) – enter any character to request information regarding SSI.
- QUARTERS OF COVERAGE HISTORY – enter any character to request information regarding QUARTERS OF COVERAGE HISTORY
- Press Enter to initiate request
