Disqualified household member – a term used in the SNAP Program to designate a person living in the household who is not eligible for food benefits because of willful misrepresentation or fraud, failure to register for employment or participate in the SNAP Employment and Training Program (Oklahoma SNAP Works), being a fleeing felon, failure to obtain or refusal to provide a Social Security number, not being a qualified alien, being a probation or parole violator, or being an able-bodied adult without dependents and not meeting work requirements.
