Liquid Resource – cash and other types of savings or investment funds which can be easily converted to cash such as checking or savings account balances, the cash value of savings certificates, and the cash value of stocks or bonds.
Resources the client and spouse own must be considered in determining eligibility. Resources are any real or personal property which have an available monetary value. Countable resources and disregarded resources are addressed in OAC 317:35-5-41.
