To view this screen:

  1. Login to IMS
  2. Clear the screen
  3. Type EA (space) and the case number
  4. Press ‘Enter’

A1 – Case Number
A4 – County Number
A7 – County Code
A10 – Supervisor Number
A13 – Worker Number
A16 – Language Indicator

  • Y – (Speak Read English (Personal Contact not Required)
  • S – (Adults Speak/Read/or Write Spanish (Personal Contact Required)
  • N – (No English Speaking Adult (Personal Contact Required)
  • A – (Speak/Cannot Read or Write English (Personal Contact Required).

A20 – Phone Indicator

  • C (Cell)
  • F (Friend)

A23 – Shelter Type

  • B (Half-way house or similar Institution that provides temporary residence for individuals intended to be institutionalized)
  • M (Owns home and has mortgage payment)

  • D (Place not designed for, or ordinarily used, as a regular sleeping accommodation for a human)
  • F (Receives rent subsidy from HUD or any government agency)
  • R (Renter)
  • X ( Shelter and Utilities provided)

A47: Primary Language Spoken

  • 1 = English
  • 2 = Spanish
