  2. Clear the screen
  3. Type EC (space) and the case number
  4. Press ‘Enter’

  • 1 = (Issue one month’s benefits using this information)
  • 2 = (Issue two month’s benefits using this information)
  • 3 = (Issue three month’s benefits using this information)
  • 99 = (Changes to information given are not immediately known)

C9 – Notice Indicator

  • N = Advance Notice Not Required
  • Y = Advance Notice Required
