1. In the Interview Notebook, update information provided by client at the review period. (for example, income changes, household composition, need factor, etc)
2. Update case notes.
3. On the Child Care Tab in Eligibility Notebook:
   Action Taken: CHANGE OF INFORMATION ONLY (C)
   Effective Date: Enter the 1st of the next effective month.
   Date of Last Review: Re-enter effective Date.

   Refer to note if the case has been closed (36S). When child care has closed (36S) and the case needs to be reopened with renewal being completed the following dates need to be entered.

   The effective date to use can be found on the EEHL and EEH screen. Go to the 6/36S closure line. Whatever date it was closed for
   

4. NOTE: (Step 4 is only applicable if you are changing the Unit Type or Number of Units).On the Auth. Daycare Tab in Eligibility Notebook:
   Action Taken: CHANGED
   Begin/Change Date: Enter the 1st of the next effective month.
   Notice Indicator: ADVANCE NOTICE NOT REQUIRED FOR CLOSURE OR CHANGE

*Note: If the child care need has changed the Unit Type and Number of Units may need to be updated as well.

Next, whatever the E.7 review date is/was, it will be coded as ONE YEAR LATER. For instance, if the review date is shown as 09/01/24, the date to code will be 09/01/25.
