Confidentiality – DHS maintains the confidentiality of all applications, information, and records concerning any applicant or recipient in accordance with the Oklahoma Social Security Act, the Federal Social Security Act, and Section 183 of Title 56 of the Oklahoma State Statutes.

Address Confidentiality Program (ACP)

ACP – is the acronym for the Address Confidentiality Program. The ACP is administered by the Office of the Attorney General to assist victims of domestic violence.
